Meet Our Founder

Profile

Adrian See has more than a decade of real estate industry experience and is concurrently holding the appointment as Key Executive Officer for Pegasus Property Solutions Pte Ltd, a real estate brokerage firm.

Having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management awarded by Oxford Brookes University, he continued his career and was actively involved in corporate tenancy management.

From his humble beginnings as an executive with the Singapore Land Authority, he left the corporate sector in 2001 to begin his entrepreneurial journey.

Within the real estate industry, he was proud to have served clients such as IKEA, Inter-IKEA Distribution Far East, US Navy Supplies, DSM, Tebodin Singapore Pte Ltd etc.

In 2021, he founded Premier Property Consultancy Pte Ltd as part of his vision to develop a vibrant and progressive real estate management services company.


Mr Voo Kow Tze

Profile

Kow Tze has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and is well-versed in BMSM Act. He ​is passionate with Strata Management, and he is actively involved with the Association of Strata Managers in order to uphold the service standards of strata managers in the industry. He was also elected as the Vice-President for the Association of Strata Managers in 2021.

 

When asked what motivates him in his work, Kow Tze mentions that,” Strata Management is never a bed of roses, and it needs a lot of resilience. However, seeing the clients’ satisfaction whenever my team manages to handle a challenging situation gives me a great sense of achievement.” Kow Tze is a passionate leader and take personal responsibility to provide the latest insight on strata management to his team and ensure his clients are provided with professional service. He believes that what sets his team apart is not what they do, but how they do it.​

 

Kow Tze is a certified Fire Safety Manager as well as a Certified Green Mark Manager.​

Experience & Accomplishments

Kow Tze was invited to join Premier Property Consultancy as the Managing Director in Nov 2022, bringing along his years of experience, leadership as well as his vision. He had assembled a team of experienced strata managers and property managers with strong industry knowledge so as to provide a premier service to the clients.

Prior to joining Premier Property Consultancy, Kow Tze was Head of Operations for Real Estate Management Services in Colliers International. He was overseeing the entire operation for all the business lines (Property Management, Strata Management, Facilities Management as well as Tenancy Management) for the department. Before his promotion to Head of Operations in 2021. Kow Tze joined Colliers International in 2008 as Assistant Property Manager and he was in-charge of the Strata Management Business. Under his leadership, the Strata Management Business Line in Colliers International, had grew from a portfolio of 20 strata-titled properties to around 80 strata-titled properties, across commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-developments asset classes over the years.

Kow Tze started his property management career in Property Facilities Services Pte Ltd (Formerly known as Capital International Asset Management) where he worked as a junior executive running the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 8 strata titled developments. During his tenure in Property Facilities Services, he had also worked as the condominium manager of Yishun Sapphire, a 380-units development at Canberra Drive.

During his younger years, Kow Tze had also worked for Nishimatsu Construction Company and NCC International AB – a Japanese MNC and a Swedish MNC respectively, where he was exposed to the knowledge of building construction and it’s cost management. 

Rothman Lim

Accomplishment

During his tenure in facility management, he achieved for the company on his proposals of replacing to energy efficient machineries such as Chillers and Air Compressors. He was recognized by the company and in 2017, awarded on Energy Saving Award.

He is highly proficient on M&E matters and commonly involves in M&E project works including drafting of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender specifications.

He has personally involved in coordinating with M&E Consultants for 2 Tier management setup in identifying electricity allocation, projects involved are CT Hub and CT Hub 2. This includes the submission to BCA on the initial Management Fund Budgeting for the complexity of 2 Tier Management Corporation. He also initialed, liaised with Singapore Police Force on Safety & Security Watch Group (SSWG) for CT Hub and was presented with SSWG awards for several years.

Rothman Lim

Rothman has been real estate and facility management services for more than 20 years and has joined Premier Property Consultancy as Associate Director in 2022.  Rothman started his career in property management with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) as M&E executive.

 

In 2016, Rothman was headhunted by Meiban Group and managed their entire facilities operation including setup of infrastructure for all M&E setup and A&A works involving 18 contract manufacturing factories/buildings in both Singapore and Malaysia, sizing at approximate 3000 operators per shift. This includes cleanroom and control environment setup. Tasked on overseeing major A&A or new factory setup for manufacturing purpose, he reports directly to the CEO on all finance and budget matters. He was well recognized after he had achieved millions in savings for the company throughout his tenure.

With his return to property management with Colliers International in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager, he overseen a team of site personnel which includes managers, executives and technician. He attends all regular meetings to ensure professional advice is given and proper follow-up of issues pertaining to the management and maintenance of the property. He had also provided training for the technical officers and technicians to impart his technical knowledge.

 

With his strong technical background in Marine Engineering and understanding on ground operation, Rothman is always an important team member in each tenure he had in various companies.

Experience

Jannet Ann has approximately 17 years of work experience in Real Estate Management Services. Prior to joining Premier Property Consultancy, she was heading the Strata Business Unit at Colliers International Consultancy & Valuation (S) Pte Ltd. She was supporting the Senior Director of Operations at Real Estate Management Services to manage the strata-development portfolio which spans across commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-developments asset types. Her main role was to manage the Profit and Loss for the Strata Management arm as well as to oversee the Team Managers and HQ executives, including a team of approximately 100 on-site property managers, executives, officers, administrative and technical staff who handle the daily site operations.  In addition to ensuring the smooth operations of the Strata Business Unit, she is also involved in ISO auditing within the organization and Business Development for the Strata Property Management business unit at Colliers.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jannet worked for Cofely South East Asia (formerly known as Elyo South East Asia), where she was appointed as the Service Quality Manager handling various properties such as Biopolis, National Computer Systems (NCS) , Land Transport Authority (LTA), Nanyang Polytechnic, Power Gas and Airfreight Terminal Sites.

Glynis Poh

Associate Director

Glynis joined Premier Property heading up the Business Unit 4 where she plays an integral role in business development and establishing Premier Facilities Management capabilities in the Singapore market. She is responsible for the growth, financial performance, client management, day to day operations and manpower of this business unit.

Glynis has more than 10 years of experience in the field of property and facilities management, fire safety and vendor management in an outsourced service environment, and she brings along rich portfolio experience ranging from financial institutions, corporate offices, industrial areas and government projects. Prior to joining Premier, she was with Colliers heading up as the Head of Facilities Management department overseeing a team of managers, executives, technicians and administrative support staff who manage the day to day operations onsite and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements and meeting clients’ expectations.
